Internet in Israel
Good afternoon.
I am sure (I even know for sure) that there will be at least a few people from Israel here, and they will help me. I'm going to Israel with Kinder for 2 months, namely, to Haifa. The small one will rest there, and I will work remotely. Actually, you need internet. I am traveling with a mobile android phone, a laptop and an iPad-class tablet. Actually, I have 2 connection options - mobile Internet via phone or via USB modem. Which option is preferable? Which is more convenient? Which one is cheaper? Who to take? What rake to expect? I would be very grateful for a more or less detailed answer (s).
Thanks in advance.

Hello, the situation with the Internet is as follows: Most of the favorable tariffs require a link to a bank account, and not a prepaid system. I'll try to find out tomorrow on the prepaid system.
In general, it is better for you to be guided by the situation, since there are quite a lot of open WI-Fi in Israel, perhaps in your place of residence, as many as several access points will be available.
For seed, you can look at a couple of sites of local opsos.
Cellcom
Orange
pelephone
On average, unlimited Internet per month costs about 150 NIS ~ 43$.
If you do not live in a deserted area, but most likely it will be so, then you do not need to buy anything. Almost anywhere, in any settlement, there are open Wi-Fi networks - and you will catch them.
can be rented. just looked at one of the sites. for 60 days they offer a cellcom sim for $85. this includes calls within israel $0.25 per minute, $0.20 per sms, unlimited internet.
I'm at cellcom myself. I have unlimited internet package 1Mb/s. according to friends who worked in the campaign, after downloading 15GB per month, the speed is severely cut to a minimum. and so on until the end of the month.
