Internet access to a CentOS virtual machine on Windows Server 2008 R2?

Good afternoon!

There is a server on Windows Server 2008 R2 attached to ip 188.40.38.10. There is a free ip 188.40.38.11. The server has a CentOS 6.4 virtual machine on VirtualBox.

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.192
Gateway: 188.40.38.193

There are two network connections on the server: local and virtualbox connection.

What you need:
From the Internet to see the virtual machine. From the virtual machine to see the Internet (even the host does not respond from it now).
Actually, the question is what and where to register / install in order to solve these problems (What to register in the virtualbox connection? What to register in CentOS itself? Is there a problem in firewalls?).

I looked through half the Internet, tried many different tips, but did not solve the problem. Thank you.

The level of my knowledge in this area, as you understand, is mediocre.

Just set the network bridge in VirtualBox's NIC properties. Next, register a free IP in CentOS.

Problem solved. It was in particular the ip address issued by the hoster, namely this:
The advantage of a network bridge is the simplicity of network settings: the absence of routing rules or point-to-point connections. The disadvantage is that the MAC address of the guest OS is "visible" from the outside. Therefore, additional IP addresses must have separate MAC addresses (the MAC address acquisition function is available in the Robot panel).
And everything worked in the bridge! Thanks to all.
