How to give a user sudo through FreeIPA?

I immediately apologize for the stupid question.

There is such a thing as FreeIPA . Through it, you need to issue a passwordless sudo to the user / user group (as far as I understand, when you enter sudo, su should not ask for a password.) I'm not particularly familiar with this thing - I ask for advice from the guru.
