How to put a background on the console in Linux?

Hello!
I want to completely remove the graph. shell from the system, but I would like the console to look like it is transparent with a background. Is it possible to realize such a fetish?

To do this, you need to have a configured framebuffer (configured in Ubuntu) and do something like this www.backtrack-linux.org/forums/showthread.php?t=446

What do you call a shell graph? If X is not run, then it most likely will not work. But if you are talking about heavy shells such as sneakers, a gnome or a unit, then you can put the terminal in graphical mode and put "wallpaper" on it.
