I made a markup on the page with contacts according to the micro-markup template from the .org scheme, then it should be inserted into the code, duplicating the existing data with contacts and hiding it on the site or completely replacing the already registered store contacts? The goal is to improve the display of the snippet in Yandex and Google.
Maybe there will be some advice on what to add...

The micro-markup does not affect the display in any way and it must be inserted directly into the page code without duplicating any data.

Everything said above is correct. In general, whatever you mark up, you don't need to hide it if you want that markup to be taken into account and displayed in the results as a featured snippet.
