Can they get banned on Google Play for quotes?

The application has not yet been published, but I use quotes from several famous people, including those still alive, as well as several from films and books. I read a lot on Habré that applications are blocked to the right and left without explaining the reasons, respectively, such a question arose and a little latent fear :). I didn't find a relevant item in the Google rules. Much has been written about copyright protection for audio, video and photos, but there is nothing about the text. Who can faced similar? And if you can still post freely, then how to arrange quotes correctly?
