How to change the nickname (user) in YouTube and Google+?

The problem is from the category of "fat rages."
Have a Google account, a Google+ page, and an associated YouTube account.
On YouTube, a page like youtube.com/user/Username is obtained
. You need to change the alias in the page address from Username to username - make the first letter of the alias in lower case. Tellingly, on the Google account settings page (www.google.com/settings/personalinfo), the alias is listed exactly as username (with a small letter). Thanks in advance for your advice :) ZY. Not sure about YouTube, but in Google+ it changes on the "About Me" tab - https://support.google.com/plus/answer/2676340?hl=en

You can't change the address on YouTube, only the display name
