Interception of traffic from wi-fi that distributes my phone?

Hello everyone, I would like to know purely in theory, imagine the following situation:
Let's say I have a lenovo a316i phone from which I distribute wi-fi.
So my lenovo can be said almost like a router and the traffic goes through it from all this means that I can intercept all the traffic.
1. Is it possible to intercept in practice
2 . Is there software for these purposes?
3. I distribute wi-fi, does it make the task easier?
ps/. Thanks for helping!!!

Theoretically yes. DroidSheep can capture packets from wi-fi network users.
