Intent.SEND how to return a dynamic list of recipients from your application?

For example, Telegram slips contacts into a list of options with whom to share.
Settings - chat settings - "Show recent chats in the menu"
And in applications on the chromium engine, "Print" is added to the list of "Share" options
(it is not directly in the manifest)
