Intel ICH10R and WD RE4, do you need TLER?

There is a Supermicro mother with a RAID controller on Intel ICH10R.
The disk died, I decided to stir up RAID and bought two WD RE4.
And now I'm thinking, disable TLER on them. like it is harmful on soft-trades, or leave it?
