Integration with zakupki.gov.ru: is it possible?

Maybe someone implemented integration with public procurement? I take their integration guide for external systems, generate xml according to the specified description, send a POST request, and in response I receive an error "invalid schemeVersion element", although it is indicated as mandatory in the guide! The situation is similar with the purchaseObjectInfo element.
Plus, it is indicated that at https://zakupki.gov.ru/pgz/services/uploadResult, passing the login, password and refId in the GET request, you can get the request processing status, but instead I see a message there

uploadResult service.
A GET request was received from the IP address 178.***.***.*** with the login=MY_LOGIN parameter.

Has anyone dealt with this and can advise?
