Is there an API for clothing size recognition?

During the creation of an aggregator of online clothing stores, the task arose: to understand by the size of clothes, a large piece of clothing or a small one (relatively speaking, which of the sizes XS, M, XL is closer to). It suddenly turned out that there are a lot of different dimensional grids (for example, shirts can be measured by collar, sleeve, waist, height, and all this can be in inches, centimeters, letters and with different allowances), and all of them are somehow cunningly interpreted in depending on the type of clothes, country and almost the phase of the moon. With 90% sweat and blood, I learned to cope, but this is not enough :(
Tell me, maybe there is some kind of large reference book on all-all dimensional grids or (which is many times better) some kind of API?

It's not that big of a guide.
Just ask your wife / girlfriend - she keeps it in her head.
There, it is enough to remember just a few basic numbers, from which the countdown comes.
