Repost / post on the wall of the user VK API.?

As far as I understand, VK api supports post and repost.
Repost is too complicated.
We take a post.
I go to VK Developers and look at
the post method parameters owner_id - the identifier of the user or community on whose wall the post should be published.
How can I find out this identifier if a completely random person came to my site?

You may not specify. By default, it will be placed on the user's wall.
