How to copy repeat orders (transactions) from one API (1) of the bittrex.com exchange to another account (2) via API (2)?

We need a solution for fast copying (auto-following) of transactions/orders from one account to another (foreign) account of the bittrex.com cryptocurrency exchange
Accordingly, everything is done through the API. (from the donor API to the acceptor/s API).
In Forex, there used to be a lot of such scripts in the MT4 terminal. But in this case, how to do it in order to exclude a ban from the exchange and the speed of repeating an order on another / other accounts.
Advise a solution, or perhaps a ready-made one, or how best to implement it? and possible difficulties in such trade.
