Good day. I am engaged in integration with API EAISTO traffic police of the Russian Federation. Faced the problem of blocking the IP address from which the request is made. Requests for information about maintenance data. The pause between requests is 4 seconds, IP is territorially located in the Russian Federation. But faced with the fact that there is a blocking after ~ 50 requests. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Better late than never.
There is a limitation on entering the results of diagnostic cards for one operator. The algorithm for setting the limit is unknown. Approximately 70 cards for one OTO.
