Installing software on a dell r710, how best to do it?

Good afternoon, there is a dell r710 server, it has firewood and software for remote administration only for windows server 2012, I plan to install the software that I need on a virtual machine, the software developer I plan to use recommends installing windows server 2019 on the server, under this version of Windows there is nothing on the manufacturer's website, I need full access to the monitoring (idrac, etc.) of the server and turn it off or off remotely. What is the best way to proceed in this case? Is it possible to set up idrac on Windows 2019?
