How to amplify a USB microphone?

I have a Ritmix RDM-169 microphone, and I want to amplify it, but in the "Special" tab there is only Toggle "AGC", which does not suit me. Is there a driver for realtecs for such USB microphones?

Realtek HD manager > your microphone > "recording volume" + .. dB
