How to recover usb flash drive?

Flash drive - Jetflash Transcend 310, USB 2.0. The computer sees it, but defines it as a Mass Storage Drive.
It is displayed only in "Devices and Printers". In the "Device Manager" and "Control Panel-Administrative Tools-Computer Management" - it is not.
I tried to update and uninstall the drivers, but it gives an error.
I tried to restore using the official
Jetflash Online Recovery utility - it did not help.
What can I do? I don't need the data on the flash drive.

If the flashing did not help, then it's cheaper to make a nice keychain))
