What reference design for a flash drive would you recommend?

Hello. I want to make myself a flash drive for fun from scratch, but I don’t know how to breed boards for high frequencies. Could you recommend a reference design, preferably with gerberas and PTO, so that I can order the production? If I understand the project, I will probably try to go ahead, so I ask you to advise manufacturers and modern series of components.

Two indiscreet questions:
1. Do you have the equipment and skill to solder BGA chips?
2. Do you have the equipment and skill to write configs and upload them to flash memory controllers?
If the answer to at least 1 question is negative, forget it.
No, of course you can take a conditional microcontroller from the STM32 family and a microSD flash drive of the desired size and separate the board without unnecessary hemorrhoids, since the tracing requirements will be minimal. But how much you need such a flash drive is up to you. Because at least it will be very slow. There were articles on this topic on the forum.
