Greetings. It is necessary to make an RF transformer. Moreover, how to wind it is more or less clear, but how to determine its outputs is not clear. Help me to understand.

Any one wire is a separate winding (1 and 2).
The other two are connected beginning to end. The connection will be the midpoint of the winding (4 and 5). The remaining (3 and 6) two outputs go to the chip.
3 and 1 output on one side, 2 and 6 on the other. If I understand the diagram correctly.
