Installing MS SQL?

Colleagues, good afternoon! There is a simple question, but do I think correctly?
There is a raid 1 HDD array and a raid 1 SSD array.
On raid 1 HDD is WinServer.
Then I put MS SQL. Is it correct to install SQL itself on HDD, and databases on SSD. Or is it better to put SQL on an SSD too?

IMHO SQL on SSD will not get a big profit. Well, it will start faster - that's all.
and here files of a DB are correctly. just monitor the resource with a disk, otherwise it can turn out unpleasantly.
