Installing a program without an installer (windws 10), nuances?

There is a program, without an installer (just an archive). I just want to unpack it in the Program Files (x86) folder. But there, as you know, not everything is so simple with rights. Are there any nuances in such a manual installation?

you need admin rights, that's all

give the rights to the folder to the right users. and the user "all application packages"
to see what will happen.
if the software is specific, then it is better to start in a virtual machine, and then transfer it to the combat system.
