Installing 2 OS on a poppy, using which program?

I use a poppy, but I work with programs such as c# or c++, matlab, visual studio.
on a poppy, installing these programs is not possible (if possible, please advise how).
Therefore, I want to install virtual pc, but I don't know what run to do it.

Parallels is a very handy thing.
Forget about other virtualization tools.
And if you need a purely different Windows OS without virtualization, then this has already been thought out for you and a dual boot with support for Windows drivers has been built in.

There are two ways to install Windows (if that's what you're talking about) on a Mac.
1. In the utilities there is a Boot Camp program. It will help you install Windows as a second system on your Mac. Here are the instructions from the Apple website.
2. Install a virtualizer such as VMware Fusion or Parallels Desktop . But they cost money. There is a free virtual box , but it is not always suitable.
