Input file format for broadcast TV?
Interested in the question of supported video file formats used in media servers on TV.
Previously, these monsters accepted strictly DV-AVI for input, but how are things now? Apple ProRes or MPEG4 or what else can it accept now?
Interested only in the television format, without any IPTV and other Internet broadcasts.

What iron level are you talking about?
Something like: DV, MPEG-2, IMX, AVC-Intra, XDCAM HD, DVCPRO HD
