How to organize emergency alerts about incidents in a large firm?
Good afternoon. A large firm has a whole stack of Atlassian products (4000 users on Crowd). Sometimes one of the products crashes and all users start writing in unison to the support, which will get tired of answering everyone the same way.
Now there is a task to find a solution to automatically notify all users who are related to a particular product (there are many more users in Jira than in Bitbucket, for example) that an incident has occurred and you need to wait, and not write emails.
Atlassian status page is not an argument, seeing that something has fallen people will write a mail anyway.
Mail server - MS Exchange, perhaps there is a suitable plugin for it?
