Informative notifications in zabbix 4?

Specifically, now I'm interested in the possibility of customizing the informativeness of some events / triggers, and specifically link down. Those. at the moment, the notification about the fall of the interface in the cart looks like this:
test-host: PROBLEM: Interface tun9: Link DOWN
BROKE AT: 2019.07.17 Time: 12:58:11
And now the notification about the rise of the interface:
test-host: OK Interface tun9 : Link DOWN
FIXED AT: 12:59:10
It does not suit that you can navigate by raising the interface only by OK, or FIXED AT. I would like to make it write Link DOWN (as it is now) when it falls next to the interface, and LINK UP when it rises. It is clear that DOWN zabiks pulls from the name of the trigger, but how to customize so that when the interface is raised, it pulls UP. Thank you.
