Inexpensive VPS in England. Exist?

I am looking for the most inexpensive European VPS on Ubuntu.
Preferably located in England .
The requirements are modest:
- From 300MB of RAM
- From 5GB of ROM
- Ubuntu 14+
The price is no more than $2 per month.
At the moment, I found only:
1) loveservers.com/#ovz-section $15/year
2) hostus.us/openvz-vps.html $5.95/3 months
Both have no test periods and monthly tariffs, so you have to pay for several months at once . I don’t want to do this, since there are practically no reviews about these hosters.
If someone has worked with them, please unsubscribe!
PS: On poiskvps.ru , vds.menu ,searched for lowendbox.com until I found it.

Amazon has a free plan for a year with 1GB of RAM and 30GB of ssd
in England, but you need to write to support and ask to transfer
