Incremental or differential copying using regular Windows tools. Who implemented it?

Good afternoon!
Colleagues, we have a backup copy of a file resource that we want to periodically append, i.e. There is a base and changes to it.
The amount of data so far is 3-6 TB.
We tried 7zip, with such volumes it takes a long time.
Buy a paid product like veeam or something like that, the manual does not allow us.
I think that we are not the first who faced this.
Who uses what from regular funds?

@AngryWhack

- there is a built-in backup both on servers (enable the role), and on pro editions of Windows (Backup and restore (Windows 7) in the control panel)
- veeam generally provides a free option ( upd corrected the link - a list of all the frisks from veeam) https: //www.veeam.com/ru/free-virtualization-softw...
- as noted by Konstantin Tsvetkov , if we are talking about a DBMS, all adult DBMSs have their own standard backup tools. moreover, it is preferable to use them for the database
- 1C also has its own tools, and they are also preferable
