Recommend a linux backup script or tool?

Task : it is necessary to back up hundreds of gigabytes of data (mostly photos) to Yandex.disk.
Due to the slowness of the channel, it is assumed that I will make a full copy once (or very rarely), and then I will throw the changes. I understand that rsync will suit me, but I don’t want to write a script for it myself. I'm afraid to miss something and realize it only when you need to recover. Therefore, a proven bash script for rsync will also work.
Desirable : archive encryption (if not, I know how to encfs), work with webdav, no cache on the local disk (little space)
Nearly perfect tool for me: duplicity, but it works very hard (slowly) with differential backups and makes a very large local cache.

So do the exercises. Or do you never test the result of your work?
Or console client https://yandex.ru/support/disk/cli-clients.html

If you can't just rsync copy and test the result, how can you trust some scripts or more complex products that don't know what they're doing inside?
No automatic script will help you in this case.
You are an admin. You must understand what files and data you want to back up, and therefore you need to check in any case.

the pictures are cringing badly, so packing in one archive will not make much sense.
so instead of backups, I advise you to synchronize with the Yandex disk.
The client has already been referred to you.
if you have somewhere to duplicate information, then raise syncthing (free open source) or resiliosync (paid closed, there is a free limited version).
this is a further development of the rsync theme - daemons that constantly monitor the state of the file system, and immediately synchronize with the rest of the cloud participants.
there is a built-in versioning system - i.e. the modified file is duplicated in a separate directory.
it will even be better if you are afraid of theft from Yandex, your NAS is still in your hands, but you have to invest in hardware.
