Hello.
Next question.

In the BIOS set the frequency of the RAM to 3200
, the voltage is auto

B450mSteal legend

question about timings, is this not normal 22 22 22 52?
or leave and do not touch anything if the computer is running?

and it has been working for 3-4 days, with a full workload, with the software that I use for work.

Your memory's SPD Speed is 2133MHz (that's kind of its rated speed). 3200, declared by the manufacturer, is already overclocking.
And here, specifically, in order not to "especially climb into the BIOS", they came up with an XMP profile - these are overclocking parameters from the manufacturer.
In theory, you need to turn it on and your memory will work with the characteristics declared by the manufacturer. Its frequency, desired voltage and timings will be set automatically.
