Incorrect display of Helvetica Neue in Chrome. What to do?
After updating Chrome a few months ago, most fonts began to display incorrectly. This was cured by disabling Direct Write in the Chrome settings. But after that, the font "Helvetica Neue" started to display clumsily. Is there any way to fix the problem?
ps Basically, people advise either to play with Direct Write, or change the helvetica neue font to another one. The first solves the problem with either one or the other font. The second is not good - you may need to use Helvetics yourself when laying out sites.

Just do not touch Direct Write, because. not all of your visitors will be forced to turn it off.
It's Windows right? I don’t have a glitch on Apple devices, only on Windows and downloaded fonts.
I fixed it with a video fix ( youtube ):
I downloaded and installed StyleBot (extension)
In it I went to the parameters, there is the Styles tab, and in Edit Global Stylesheet I added the following:
@font-face { font-family: ‘helvetica neue’; src: local(‘Arial’); }
@font-face { font-family: ‘helvetica neue’; font-weight:bold; src: local(‘Arial’); }
