How to clear browser cache?

When you press fn + f5, the page reloads, but the js files that were once with the code <?= filemtime($_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT']
are not updated, even when I removed these php lines.
Opened in another browser where I had not opened before, it works

ALWAYS open the console during development. Put a bird there.
You don't need to remove the bird. It only works while the console is open.
