How to set up Iptables + DB and restrict access?

I 'm interested in the ability to restrict access to the Internet by MAC taken from the database (mysql, mariadb, etc.).
Probably, it is possible to write MAC to a file from the database and read from there. Can eat more humane methods?

what does main loop mean? Are you calling this function in a loop somewhere else?
If so, how is it supposed to work if you nullify all data from SESSION['ip'] and then check if it exists?
Why break after return ?
what exactly would the iterations not go further? if so, then it's better to put some break; break; break;
And again, what is this mystical "main cycle"?

Нет, всё проще.. без radius )) но примерно такая же задача, - зареганным пользователям давать доступ :)
Или это намёк куда копать?
