I'm starting to get acquainted with Asterisk, I apologize for ignorance of possibly simple truths on this telephony.
A month ago, records were searched, displayed and it was possible to listen to them, now when searching for records, 8 lines are displayed without the records themselves, and each line says UNKNOWN either "D" or "S" <" S>.
When I connect via ssh, I see all the records Asterisk
