How to organize SIP service correctly?

Hello. We would like to organize a SIP service in our region, because This area has been rapidly developing in recent years. Of the services we would like to provide: SIP Trunk, virtual numbers of different countries, telephony within the office. From equipment: we have CISCO 2921, MiniPC with assembled and configured Asterisk distros, Mikrotik equipment. Please tell me, can anyone know which providers are open for cooperation on the sale of virtual numbers and which providers are more profitable to cooperate with?
