Incomprehensible Lines on the side when I save a picture from Photoshop, how to cure it?

Just recently I did work, started saving processed photos, on each of the photos on the right side there is a black thin strip, when uploaded to VK or other platforms it is not visible, but visible when you open the photo from the desktop.
ps: this has never happened before, and if you take another old work and process it, this strip is gone.
stripes appear when I create a white sheet, no matter what format, and throw any photo there.

It looks like defects when resizing. You can try other algorithms. If you zoom in, is it possible to put another layer under this strip and see it?
