Where can I get quality mockups in .psd for practice?

I would like to learn how to make up a complex project, but the layouts that are requested by free psd template are usually quite primitive and monotonous. In addition, I have never met such ones where there are separate layouts for tablets and mobiles, as well as some instructions about animation effects, hovers, and everything else. Is this done at the discretion of the layout designer?
