Incomprehensible characters instead of names in the Mac OS Catalina Dock)?

Good afternoon.
Yesterday I noticed that when you hover over the Dock panel, instead of Russian names, it shows incomprehensible characters, this appeared recently (no later than 3 days).
What could be the reason?

I solved this problem by removing applications with crooked names from the Dock and adding them back)

Found the same problem today and solved it pretty quickly by reinstalling catalina)

I have the same problem(((did you manage to solve the problem? I noticed that this only applies to names in Russian...

I solved it like this:
1. Changed the system language from Russian to English.
2.Rebooted.
3. Again returned the system language to Russian
4. Rebooted.
Everything worked as it should
