How to drag Chrome passwords from Mac to Mac if there are many accounts?

Tips "create an account and synchronize passwords" not at the cash desk.
There are many accounts, one chrome, which passwords were created under which account is unknown.
Accounts are 7 years old, there are a ton of passwords, many were started without logging into accounts.
I bought a new Mac, I used to transfer the snapshot of the computer, but over the years 160GB of undetectable garbage has accumulated.
Now I want to leave a clean system, transfer only passwords from chrome.

tried to move the Chrome folder to the address user-library-application support-google
supposedly the passwords are in the Local Data file
changed the folder on the new computer
the cookies are in place, everything is in place on the new computer
the password manager is empty
