Incompatible laptop battery?

Hey!
Came across an interesting point. Share knowledgeable people.
A couple of months ago my laptop charger burned out. Bought a new one. For two months everything was fine, and then suddenly! I turn on the laptop, the axis is loaded (win7 home premium), and instantly the alert “Your charger is not compatible with the laptop battery. Press OK to go to the slip." No other pressing option is given. So far, I solved the problem by removing the battery from the laptop. All OK. Flutters. What is the problem? Has the charger voltage changed? Something else? How to diagnose possible problems?

As a rule, the original chargers have a feedback wire - so that only the original charger can be used. maybe something is wrong with him or with his contact?
Depending on the laptop, without a battery, it may or may not work well. If it works, then there's really nothing to worry about. if you load it to the maximum, it can be cut off.

I have a Dell Vostro 3350. This happens when the plug is not properly plugged into the outlet / cable to the power supply / cable to the laptop. Those. when somewhere something goes. Basically, the sound of a buzzing current is heard.
Most likely, a contact has fallen off somewhere.

Remove the load from USB - I saw this on several models of laptops - it was treated by simply disconnecting external screws
