H-bridge on n-channel transistors?
I'm building my controller for a brushless motor.
I had a friend, he told me that it is possible to assemble an H-bridge, on transistors only with an N-channel.
I don't quite understand how it should look like. Googling yielded no clear results.
It’s just that for a constant voltage of 100+\- amperes and 200+\- volts, it’s not so easy to choose transistors, with N-channel there is still a choice, but with P-channel, the choice is not very large.
Therefore, clinging to his words, I believed in this.
Is it true that this can be done somehow, and if there are examples of schemes, reset the link.

Main options:
Bootstrap-powered half-bridge/bridge/three-phase bridge drivers. Up to 600 V there is a huge selection, for example the IR.../IRS... series from Infineon.
Isolated drivers such as HCPL, TLP, ISO. In the case when they are used in the upper side, the power supply is via isolated DC/DC.
Transformers.
And with such currents, if you don’t have experience, you need to be patient and have spare transistors :)
And yes, don’t buy a kit on Ali, if you don’t want to think - your cant or marriage.
