I collected 2500 variants of search phrases and I want to check the frequency in order to select the phrases I need by frequency and use them in text content, thus SEO-optimize the text.

Questions:

1) What are the options for free verification of such a number of words using which services or programs?

2) In terms of keywords, Google Ads has listed all the words and in the saved keywords sorted by "Average number of searches per month.". There I see that out of 2500 of my phrases, only 20 pcs. have 10-100 requests and 2 pcs. have 100-1 thousand requests.
