I want to write a simple driver for windows (7/8). I want to do it in the most windows-way way. Will Visual Studio 2013 Community Edition work for this? Or express?

Express appeared before the release of the Community Edition and is a heavily stripped-down version without the ability to install extensions. Now, in my opinion, it is definitely worth using Visual Studio 2013 Community Edition.
