In which direction does the Palit Geforce gtx StormX 1660 cooler blow?
In which direction does the cooler of this video card blow? It just so happens that her fan in my PC is directed to the power supply and some wires, so I'm afraid that this may have a bad effect on them if the cooler is blowing. Should I be worried?

It's not worth worrying.
Firstly, the temperature of the cooled video card is obviously lower than the burning and melting temperature of other parts of the computer. Suppose the temperature of the card is 70 degrees, then the air temperature will not be higher than 70 degrees.
Secondly, the temperature of the blown air is much lower than the temperature of the video card. That is, the air inlet, say, 25 degrees, and the outlet - 35. And even such warm air in terms of cooling the power supply is better than complete calm (we do not take into account the fact that the power supply usually has its own cooler).
In any video card, if it is not some kind of self-made custom cooling, coolers work for blowing - they take cold air, drive it through the radiator fins and blow over the printed circuit board itself.
With one fan, atmospheric air is directed to the radiator fins.
With two fans, one pumps air, the other takes warm air.
If the flow is drawing air, a piece of paper will indicate the direction of the flow.
