In which cloud is it more convenient to store your voice audio recordings?

Faced with the need to store the author's working voice audio recordings (not music) and share them for free with a limited circle of people. The initial search did not give satisfactory results, so I turn to the respected community for advice.
Requirements:

• The quota for uploading each file is at least 150 Mb.
  
• Free storage quota of at least 3Gb. The bigger, the better.
  
• The ability to play directly from the cloud via a link without the need to download.
  
• The ability to restrict access and provide it by link or personally.
  
• Possibility for me to download the file back to my computer if needed.
  
• Preferably free. If not, I will consider paid options.
