In what online games can you practice spoken English?
I am looking for an online game in which it is desirable not to play at all, but only to talk with the inhabitants. Or play with your left foot and at the same time not bother anyone to receive virtual medals. It is important that I can choose a server where foreigners sit. But not the Germans, they don’t want to speak any other language except for their Deutsch, and they don’t know how, at least those who play games.
The age of the players is also important. Need 20+ and adequate without

What I've already tried:
7 Days To die- This game is played mainly by Russians, Germans and a little Americans. With America there is a terrible time difference from 7 to 10 hours, so when I can play ~ 20:00 they have 9 am there. And no matter how strange it may seem, they are all sitting there at work. Therefore, the servers are empty at this time until the weekend. Of course, you can catch people sitting up until night (with them) in the morning, but sooner or later they go to bed. And those who are tired don’t want to or can’t talk because they don’t want to disturb other people’s sleep.
Eve online - How lucky. I've tried playing with the Australians and it's not much better. In Australia, the time is +5 and this is inconvenient at all. That is, I have 8 pm, and there everyone is already sleeping. I only have lunch, and there is prime time. But it's like I went into the gang-pvp corps, they only play an hour in prime time.
I was thinking about registering with WOT on an American server. but there it is necessary to play, not to chat. And if I play badly, I’ll screw up the status and no one will join the platoon with me (((
So, I didn’t play team games especially and don’t play them, in general I haven’t played games for a long time. But I don’t see other options yet.
If you know something suitable, please write!

Dota 2, you can choose a server - the whole world, there is Europe, North America, English-speaking players sit there, I somehow exchanged a couple of phrases with the team there myself. Like You are fucking stupid asshole! Fuck you! etc. etc.

If I understand the question correctly, then you can play on a bourgeois server with people from Europe who can speak English. Well, there are still some Russians there.
Well, the gameplay is not very difficult, just drive trains
From personal experience, I can recommend the following projects for practicing English:
1) DayZ Standalone (now renamed simply DayZ. Post-apocalypse, the real forefather of solo survival and hardcore in all its manifestations, from fighting zombies to sniper battles at distances of + 800m
2) ARK Survival + Rust. Also 1st person survivors. A bunch of servers, the English-speaking audience is much more adequate than ru, so you can easily find partners.
3) Euro Truck Simulator 2. I must have heard of this series of games. The most famous at the moment and the most popular is just ETS 2. Online stable for 50-100 thousand, and this despite the fact that all the servers there are custom and there is no online mode as such. The community itself created everything, independently and supports it.
4) PUBG. The only battle royale I've ever played and still like it no matter what. To play alone, you can run solo, for a team - duos and squads. You don’t need to know much for a team talk, but you still have to learn the names of maps, cities, weapons and ammunition)
klaruz , everything is good in your top and even I would gladly run to try out any of these toys, but here's the catch, the cheapest game on this list is Euro Truck Simulator 2. And that one costs almost 700 rubles without discounts ... Daze 1.000, arc 600, pubg 1000... Where can I get almost $50 for all this stuff?
