In what mode to write windows 10 to a USB flash drive?

Windows 10 is installed on a lenovo g50-45 laptop, UEFI is installed in the BIOS. I want to put a clean ten from a flash drive, I will write down through Rufus. The question is what to choose:
1. MBR for computers with BIOS or UEFI
2. GPT for computers with UEFI

What does the standard free microsoft utility MediaCreationTool not suit you with?
If there is UEFI, then partition the disk (not the flash drive) under GPT, but the installer will determine this without you.
A flash drive - all the same, if only the computer from it then could boot.
