In what form and with what help to draw cable routes?

Available: a three-story building in which some cables are laid.
Necessary: Draw a clear and intuitive cable laying diagram with accurate and clear marks where something is twisted / torn off / cut off (!).
- The building has three floors.
- Cables from the 1st to the 3rd floor are laid through a vertical riser (can be drawn in 2D, but!)
- On the 3rd floor, cables from the vertical plane go along the suspended ceilings and then along the baseboards;
- On the -1st floor, it also goes from a vertical riser to walking along the walls (either near the ceiling, then near the floor)
Tell me, with what tools, but most importantly - in what formdraw such a diagram? To make it clear and understandable that on the 2nd floor there is a break near the floor in a vertical riser, and on the 3rd floor, after laying along the ceiling and descending to the plinth, they twisted.
(I myself scribbled something shapeless and conditional on a piece of paper with some comments. But there are doubts that only I will understand these drawings. And it is required that anyone who was given information also understands)

@ESP

yes, everyone does this in 2d, there are special symbols when they show that the line goes either up or down, you can also put your marks on the plan with the removal in the description of what you wanted to say
