In what area is it most likely to find a part-time job for a full-time university student?

Hey!
The situation is this: I am a first-year student of the full-time department of mathematics, I receive a pension, but for the last year, so next year I need to find an opportunity to earn money. Since I need remote work, and programming, in principle, seems interesting (I study C ++ at the university), I decided to try to move in the direction of IT, but I can’t figure out at all in which area it is most likely (if at all likely) to find a job, corresponding to my requirements:
-possibility to combine with studies;
-employment no more than 3-4 hours a day with a salary of at least 10,000 rubles. per month (the need for low employment is caused not only by a large study load, but also by my problematic health);
- remote work;
- the ability to learn the skills necessary for work in about a year (after looking at the vacancies available on job search sites, I got the impression that I couldn’t find a job with C ++ alone).
Do such vacancies actually exist? If yes, what would you advise to study for mastering the profession?
Thank you.

Exist. I see no reason for them not to exist.
I would advise you to first study what areas the market generally consists of. Decide on the area that interests you the most. Next, talk to employers to find out what the minimum skills are required to successfully pass an intern/junior interview.
work remote
I'm not sure about this... But in any case, there is always an opportunity for correspondence with senior colleagues and phone calls on Skype. You just need to get to a place where mentoring is developed and it is customary to ask questions. I saw remote vacancies for juniors with a minimum of skills, though for a full day.
The only problem is that I'm not sure any employer will be ready for you to work part-time for several training courses (several years). But that may just be my limiting beliefs.
If you have at least some money, then it would be cool for you to find a specialist from the chosen field who will pull you up this year. Although you can also find a free hangout "of interest" somewhere in VKontakte, in thematic groups. It's not hard. Of course, it is not a fact that you will be given good advice, but you will also get work skills from such activities.
I would strongly advise you to choose an interesting area, and not the one where you think the entry threshold is lower. Because sooner or later you will get there, but the interest will remain behind the scenes. And it is desirable not to build on the programming language. The fact that you study the pros is very good, but it is not a guide to action.

And there is. You need to know the stack (set) of technologies that are used to solve a certain group of business problems. Jobs often have a horse list, which can be intimidating. Therefore, it is better to talk with the employer / already working person who will highlight the main thing for you.
I sincerely wish you good luck! One of my colleagues came to our company with the attitude "ready to work for food, just take it." I didn’t know how to program at all (well, approximately your state was + -). And they took her. So everything is in your hands. The main thing when looking for a first job is a proactive position. Even if they refuse in 100 places, they will take it in 101.

Do you want to get 10,000 for 4 hours of work or for 4 hours a month?
If the latter, then there are many options.
Starting from writing / solving control / term papers / graduation papers for your classmates, ending with freelance exchanges.
In general, there is a lot of work on the search for such requirements, go as an assistant optimizer, I push you all the routine work, but for 4 hours a day you can find up to 20,000 rubles there. Just as a regular content manager, search there or on the exchanges.
For something more serious, you first need to learn already. If you need to spend ~ a day on a content manager, and about the same for an SEO assistant (just read the basics of SEO, they will tell you further). Then on the exchange you need to have competitive knowledge, experience, portfolio in the chosen field.
