In what api format does Yandex webmaster send utf-8 domains?

I want to know the id of my site in the webmaster. To do this, I make a request to ` https://webmaster.yandex.ru/api/v2/hosts`. Only I do not have sites with Russian-language domains. Therefore, I want to ask: does Yandex send Russian-language domains in IDNA ASCII form or not?
